  Steve Harris has extensive experience with hospitality technology and restaurant operations. He earned his BSBA degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Denver. As a Denver native and former award-winning Aloha POS representative, Steve has built a wide network of restaurant owners, chefs, and industry professionals. He is highly regarded as a trusted advisor and can provide numerous references, including enterprise clients and many well-known local restaurants.

Jon Willig and Steve Harris have collaborated on several POS projects over the past 5 years. Steve has a restaurant management and operations background and Jon has  a technical background. Both Steve and Jon have been involved with POS systems for decades!   Run PC is the oldest full service computer retail sales and service company in Northern Colorado.   Laura High is a freelance writer and editor based in Denver, Colorado. She has written about diets, nutrition, and exercise and developed recipes and photography for the website YourCareEverywhere.com.

 Laura loves travel writing, with several of her articles and photos appearing in The Denver Post, 5280 Magazine, and Westword. 

Laura is no stranger to restaurants, having worked in various FOH roles all through college and beyond. Laura has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

   DCRS is a large POS company located in St. Louis, MO that has been around since 1976!  Tech-Stack Advisors contracts with DCRS as an extension of our support center.  We route our clients to DCRS directly through our phone system and they serve as our 24×7 call center.  DCRS provides daily reports to Tech-Stack Advisors showing open calls, closed calls, pending calls and escalations.  When an onsite service call is required, DCRS alerts us immediatly.  DCRS supports several POS systems and we are proud to partner with them!
